The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Signspaces and are protected by copyright and trademark laws

Use of Service

You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You must not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Service.

User Content

The Service may allow users to submit, upload, publish or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and videos (“User Content”). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Service and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event shall Signspaces or it’s agents be liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, even if advised of their possibility.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Signspaces and it’s agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may terminate these terms at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and destroying all materials obtained from it.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, including state law of the state where the service is used.
